Project Summary
The village of Galena needed to replace their existing wastewater treatment facility which was at the end of its useful life. They decided to move forward with membrane technology to provide high quality effluent. In addition pre-fabricated tank walls were incorporated into the project to expedite project delivery and the plant is designed to double in flow capacity to meet future demands of this growing community. The new plant is designed to resemble a grist mill based on the village’s history as a mill seat.
